A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) is a professional trained in Natural Nutrition and complementary therapies, whose principal function is to educate individuals and groups about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition. Conventional medicine overlooks the significance of poor nutrition as a major cause of a wide range of health disorders.
                    
A RHN works with clients to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases, and are qualified to design personalized diet and lifestyle programs that optimize health.

Whole food nutrition is one of the keys to obtain health and wellness.  Therefore, I believe that our body can get better and even heal naturally by supplying it with the proper nutrients, minerals and vitamins. 

In my consultation I look into nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, emotional well-being and stress management. I work with my client to optimize their health and to prevent future health problems and illnesses.  I provide individual client assessments and give nutritional recommendations based on individual needs and lifestyle.
